Go to Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope and choose these settings: Horizontal Offset -10, Vertical Offset 23, Rotation Angle 42, Scale Factor 72, Number of Petals 20, Number of Orbits 0, Radial Suction 26

Lastly, go to Effects/Plug-in Filters/Simple/Quick Tile and apply these settings, reducing the size to 50%
